Background on the Janus Case

Should a person be forced to pay the equivalent of union dues that pushes a version of politics that he or she opposes? The Supreme Court has ruled: no. 

Just before the Supreme Court heard arguments, Edward Stringham appeared in a debate on the topic. Stringham took the position that the case should be decided for Janus.
