Cathy Marchand
Development Associate Supervisor
Cathy Marchand joined AIER in 1987. She worked in the mailroom until 2001, eventually becoming a supervisor.
Her versatile skills have since supported AIER in a variety of areas, from landscaping to administrative work. During her years at AIER, she has attended several training seminars but says her education has been on-the-job and hands-on.
Her current position in development is her favorite, she says, because it allows her to help support donors and make sure their experience with AIER is an enjoyable one.
