Ravi Roy is an associate professor of political science at Southern Utah University and the W. Edwards Deming Fellow with W. Edwards Deming Institute.
Dr. Roy earned his MA and a Ph.D. in Public Policy/Political Science at Claremont Graduate University and B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
