Join us in Raleigh for an event with Christoper Goff.
Pay transparency laws are reshaping workplaces across the U.S. and beyond—but what do they really mean for employees and employers? From salary ranges to regulatory hurdles, this session dives into the real impact of these sweeping changes. We’ll break down the benefits, challenges, and hidden costs of compliance, exploring how pay transparency affects data access, administrative burden, privacy, and pay outcomes. Whether you’re an employee curious about your worth or an employer navigating new rules, this discussion will help you make sense of the evolving landscape.
