  • A Green Minimum Wage

“Farmers who want to retain good, experienced farm hands should be free to pay a dollar a week, day, hour, or minute to those same people, as they mutually agree. And when the world not only does not end but improves due to the policy, let’s extend it to other types of employers as well.”…

  • Return of the One Room Schoolhouse?

“Let’s learn from history and use the failure of our political system to push education back to the local level. I know many college professors, myself included, would be thrilled just to have students whose natural love of learning hasn’t been beaten out of them by 13 years of mass public education.” ~ Robert E.…

  • End Qualified Immunity for Politicians

“Another approach to the problem would be to end the immunity of all politicians and policymakers, not just that for police officers, so that they can at least be sued in their personal capacities if they fudge up.” ~ Robert Wright

  • It Is Time To Call Shenanigans!

“If scientists truly knew nothing about SARS-COV-2 then they should have advocated doing nothing until it was well enough understood to proffer effective policies lest they inadvertently contribute to its spread.” ~ Robert Wright

  • American History Reveals the Alternative to the Police State

“There is ample evidence that decriminalization of Americans’ personal lives, the proliferation of gun ownership, and the encouragement of competitive markets for property insurance and private protection services can greatly improve upon our current monopolistic, union-controlled, taxpayer-funded machines of state repression.” ~ Robert E. Wright

  • A Nation of True Believers

“Lots of Americans are also frustrated. Their putative leaders have infantilized them through decades of paternalistic laws that try to micromanage their lives. It is beginning to dawn on them that election results are unlikely to change anything under our duopolistic, or revolving monopolistic, political system.” ~ Robert Wright

  • How the Religious Mind – vs Political Arrogance – Copes with Death

“If policymakers had serenity, courage, and wisdom, 40 million Americans would still have their jobs or small businesses and Jesus would have approximately the same number of American dance partners as He does now.” ~ Robert Wright
